Ouchii aims to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need additional customer service.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping time varies depending on your order.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.  See below for our current rates.

Ouchii will not be held responsible or liable for any missing package(s) for any reason(s).  However, Ouchii would be happy to assist you with any claims filing with the carrier upon your request.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds.  

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement of the exact same item(s) if available or exchange for new merchandise that equals the original purchase amount.  You may also pay the difference, should your exchange be over the original amount.  Exchanged items must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. 


Discounted or clearance merchandise is non refundable. 

 

Unfortunately, shipping and handling is non refundable for online orders. 

 

If you placed/received an order that came with a free gift, the free gift must be returned with your order to issue the exchange. Failure to include the free gift will result in a full retail price charge of the free gift plus shipping and handling for online orders.

EXCHANGES

Ouchii will be happy to exchange purchased items for another item in our store for equal or lesser value.  The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  Merchandise that has clearly been used, worn, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.  Come on guys, have a conscience. 

 

For online orders:

Once the original has been successfully returned, we will ship the desired replacement to you.  

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not honor price adjustments.  Hop on those sales when you see em!  ;)

INCORRECT ITEMS

If we sent you the wrong item, we apologize.  Do send us an e-mail at info@ouchii.com.

Be sure to print a copy of your online order and please write the reason you are returning your purchase.  Your return or replacement will not be accepted if the printed copy with the reason why you are returning the item is not included.

 

Don't forget to let us know what you'd like to replace your items with!  :-)

LIABILITY WAIVER

​Your agreement to participate in an online class means that you fully agree to the following: 

  • I understand that I have enrolled in a program of potentially strenuous physical activity.

  • I hereby absolve Alvin Floro / @TheOuchiiGuy, Ouchii and all other subsidiaries baring the Ouchii brand/name from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing these movements or methods, or any actions learned with or by Alvin Floro or Ouchii.

  • I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Alvin Floro and Ouchii, from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.

  • By entering the class and booking a session, you agree to this Liability Waiver will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.

ONLINE BOOKING
  • You may book classes 7 days in advance.

  • Various packages available to suit your needs.  

  • All class information is e-mailed to you immediately upon booking.

  • Classes are held via Zoom App.  Download Zoom on your computer or personal device!

BEFORE STARTING
  • Please make sure you have your microphone on mute.

  • Pin Alvin / @theOuchiiGuy's video so that you see him all the time.

  • Have water, and a towel readily available.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
  • Do to the nature of everyone's unique WIFI connections in their homes, it is impossible to guarantee that you will not experience lag or disconnections.  

  • What we can guarantee is that our connection is strong, and tested prior to every class starting. 

  • If you experience lag, you may troubleshoot by:

    • Leave the meeting and rejoin​.

    • Stop the audio and restart it.

CANCELLATIONS
  • You are allowed to cancel your booking 24 hours in advance and still retain your class pass/credit that may be applied to another future class.  

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will use one class credit.  Please be mindful of that - it is helpful for Alvin and others so that we free up spots.

REFUNDS
  • We do not offer cash refunds.  All bookings are non refundable, but may be rescheduled within the allocated time frames of whichever membership or class pass option you purchased.
