SHIPPING RATES

Shipping time varies depending on your order.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.  See below for our current rates.

Ouchii will not be held responsible or liable for any missing package(s) for any reason(s).  However, Ouchii would be happy to assist you with any claims filing with the carrier upon your request.

 

 

STORE PICK UP

If the item is already in stock, you can pick up within 2 hours of your purchase during normal boutique hours.  You will get an e-mail notification when your item is ready.

 

PRE-ORDERS/RESERVATIONS:

If the item is a pre-order/reservation, the item will be ready for pick up on the date specified and anytime thereafter during boutique hours.

ONLINE EXCLUSIVES:

Items that are online exclusives are made to order - please allow 7 business days for production, and then you will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds.  

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement of the exact same item(s) if available or exchange for new merchandise that equals the original purchase amount.  You may also pay the difference, should your exchange be over the original amount.  Exchanged items must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. 


Discounted or clearance merchandise is non refundable. 

 

Unfortunately, shipping and handling is non refundable for online orders. 

 

If you placed/received an order that came with a free gift, the free gift must be returned with your order to issue the exchange. Failure to include the free gift will result in a full retail price charge of the free gift plus shipping and handling for online orders.

EXCHANGES

Ouchii will be happy to exchange purchased items for another item in our store for equal or lesser value.  The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  Merchandise that has clearly been used, worn, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.  Come on guys, have a conscience. 

 

For online orders:

Once the original has been successfully returned, we will ship the desired replacement to you.  

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not honor price adjustments.  Hop on those sales when you see em!  ;)

Be sure to print a copy of your online order and please write the reason you are returning your purchase.  Your return or replacement will not be accepted if the printed copy with the reason why you are returning the item is not included.
